ShoreMaster, LLC Announces Widespread Promotions Across Operations Team

ShoreMaster, LLC, a leading waterfront equipment manufacturer with headquarters in Fergus Falls, recently announced several promotions across its Operational Team.

Chris Winter, a 17-year marine industry veteran and most recently Director of Operations and Engineering at ShoreMaster, was promoted to Vice President of Operations and Engineering. In his expanded role, Winter will lead all Operational departments across the ShoreMaster HydroHoist Holdings ShoreMaster, LLC facilities which include multiple locations in Minnesota and Oklahoma.

His leadership within the Operations team has had a remarkable effect on our quality, our efficiency, and sustainability. This promotion is well deserved and will allow him to further impact the growth trajectory of our brands.” said Don Hurley, President and CEO of ShoreMaster, LLC.

Scott Anderson, a 23-year ShoreMaster employee and most recently the Aluminum Manufacturing Manager was promoted to Director of Manufacturing. Anderson will oversee the ShoreMaster aluminum, steel, and plastics manufacturing facilities in Fergus Falls.

Steve Bunday, who has been with ShoreMaster for 13 years, was promoted to Aluminum Manufacturing Manager.

Tory Freeland, a 17-year employee, and Mike Schreiber, a 17-year employee, have both been promoted to Plastics Supervisors. Freeland will oversee the secondary team, while Schreiber will oversee the molding team.

Bill Bauman, a 2-year ShoreMaster employee, was promoted to Assembly Lead and will oversee the Bundling, Mezzanine, and Cable assembly teams.

James Kircher, who has been with ShoreMaster for 8 years, was promoted to Secondary Lead.

Josh Lindsey, a 7-year employee, has been promoted to Oven Lead.
